Setelah meluncurkan dua single “About Our Reason (2021)” dan “Gemini (2023)” unit pop punk asal Indramayu, Goodbye Butterfly yang digawangi Adam (Vokal), Idos (Gitar), Azis (Gitar), Uyip (Bass), dan Farizi (Drum) mengeluarkan EP perdana mereka bertajuk “Daily Does of Happines” yang dirilis oleh label rekaman Musicoloid.

“Daily Does of Happiness” menjadi pelengkap dua single sebelumnya yang merekam perjalanan cinta fluktuatif seorang individu yang berangkat dari pengalaman personal personilnya. Mereka menyebarnya dalam 5 track padat berjudul “Rellinquish”, “Mystify”, “Gemini”, “Cleave a Part”, dan “About our Reason”. Masing-masing dari track tersebut seolah memiliki ceritanya sendiri namun masih berada dalam benang panjang keseluruhan materi EP.

Melalui “Daily Does of Happiness”, Goodbye Butterfly mencoba mengingatkan pendengar bahwa cinta bukanlah sesuatu yang beku dan solid. Melainkan cair dan kerap kali tunduk pada suatu perubahan dalam waktu yang terus membentang. Dan perubahan itu akan membawa sesorang pada garis perasaan kabur antara gelap dan terang di suatu masa tertentu.

Tentang Goodbye Butterfly

Goodbye Butterfly adalah band yang mengusung genre pop punk, terbentuk pada tahun 2020, yang beranggotakan 5 personil yaitu: Adam (Vokal), Idos (Gitar), Azis (Gitar), Uyip (Bass), dan Farizi (Drum). Goodbye Butterflly berasal dari Kota Indramayu Jawa Barat, Goodbye Butterfly telah merilis single pertamanya pada tahun 2021 yang bertajuk “About Our Reason”. Dalam single perdananya Goodbye Butterfly juga merilis video lirik pada platform Youtube.

Now reinvigorated, Furious Descent from Finland has signed with Brutal Records. Their debut EP, "Judgement Day," will finally tear through the streets in November 8, 2024, both physically and digitally. Meanwhile, the band is unleashing their full fury on their second EP, set to drop in 2025, also through Brutal Records. The finnish groove/thrash metal scene has crushed its way to dominance, setting a brutal benchmark that countless bands have fought to replicate. Its unrelenting, signature sound has become the gold standard for savage intensity. In 2022, Furious Descent exploded onto the west coast of Finland's groove metal battleground, delivering a ferocious assault that rattled the genre's foundations. The Finnish scene, long hailed as one of the fiercest of the ’90s, and arguably the best, had met its new heavyweight contender. The original lineup, with Jake (vocals/guitar) and Alex (bass), was soon joined by Stef on lead guitar and Timo on drums, creating a powerhouse that recorded their debut EP, "Judgement Day," in the summer of 2023. But just as they were gaining unstoppable momentum, Timo stepped down, forcing a desperate scramble for a new drummer. The next lineup barely made a dent, playing just one gig before collapsing.
